What I appreciate most about Jaimie is that she truly understands the importance of taking care of her customers. She consistently goes above and beyond to make sure I feel valued, informed, and confident in the service my vehicle receives. That level of personalized attention is exactly what keeps me coming back to Lexus of Stevens Creek. As for my vehicle, I couldn’t be happier with how it feels after the service! The brakes feel fantastic, and my GS 350 drives beautifully. Although the repairs were a significant investment, the quality of the work and the way my vehicle feels afterward make it well worth it. We have always had great service at Lexus of Stevens Creek but during our recent visit we received an extra effort from Justin Munoz.
