Thank you for taking the time to respond to my review—I truly appreciate it. While receiving an incomplete order was disappointing, it was not the primary reason for my feedback. My review was based more on my overall experience with the staff present at the time. Specifically, I felt that the level of attentiveness, communication, and customer service could have been improved, which ultimately had a greater impact on my visit than the order issue itself.
