We were greeted by a friendly sales consultant who directed us to our contact at the dealership Mike Pino. Mr. Pino gave us a tour of the facility and met the General Manager and Sales Manager. We looked at several options to buy and decided on the RH 350. We were then turned over to a Certified Sales Consultant Mr. Howard Glen who led us through the sale process along with Mr. Pino. Mr. Glen showed us the ins and outs of the RH 350 and he and Mr. Pino took our picture to celebrate the purchase and the outstanding service and experience of purchasing a new Lexus. The Sales Manager and Mr. Glen were outstanding in their services and we have purchased cars from Mr. Pino for the past twenty years. We truly had a super experience in our new car purchase and the service extended to us was truly outstanding. More
