Like always I was met at my car by a very pleasant young man that told me that Christopher would be taking care of me. Christopher explained what was going to be done to my for it's 15,000 mile check up. A man that told me that Christopher would be taking care of me. Christopher explained what was going to be done to my for it's 15,000 mile check up. Asked me if I needed a rental car or would I be waiting for my car. After signing the necessary paperwork, he gave me a voucher for the cafe and said he would come find me when my car was finished. I treated myself to the wonderful Strawberry Walnut salad that I discovered back at the 5,000 mile check up and enjoyed watching people . Everyone should try it, it's really good. Christopher found me when my car was washed & finished and I was on my way. Lexus Escondido is the only place to go buy a car or have it serviced!! More

Did not know/or find our appointment. But they are able to keep on rollin". good! So we were a bit frazzled, but staff did great installing 4 new tires. Plus rotated and balanced. Lexus always does their safety check systems list, reviews plus any thing we should be anything notices. AWAYS WELL Done, APPRECIATED. BUT we asked for a more specific "preventive maintenance plan". PPM: List car items, repairs, expected wear outs...we will need to do by: a. Safety, b. Priority, c. Timeline and d. Estimated cost. If I do say so myself - IT WAS BEAUTIFUL, not seen many better, maybe NASA? Joke! BUT we can't find his card or report. Hope: this is read, we can reconnect, he kept a copy to share with us...and we're looking to buy new! More
