Recommend the used car sales team, LISTEN to the buyer and not be so defensive when asked a question, and/or present a document regarding the purchase of the car. I requested also, if the keyless entry code to the 2016 Flex was available. I recieved the 'I don't have it' answer. And after going home and searching all documentation that I had recieved and that was in the vehicle, it was not present. It also doesn't help, when I ask 'why are you going to run a credit application on me when i have a pre-approved check'? And to be responded with 'I need to know you are who you say you are and that you're not a terrorist'? Really!!!! A terrorist!!!! With a pre-approved check, and you have a copy of my drivers license. I was NOT happy being at the dealership from 945am until departing at almost 2pm. More

Lexus Certified, 2014 RX350 purchase My wife and I had been looking at Certified Lexus RX350's for 2 months. We chose to drive South, 320 miles to Carlsbad Lexus as they had a good select My wife and I had been looking at Certified Lexus RX350's for 2 months. We chose to drive South, 320 miles to Carlsbad Lexus as they had a good selection of pre owned, Lexus certified RX350's. We dealt with Sean and he was very accommodating to get us the right car. The car we had seen online wouldn't have worked for us so Sammy Doumit, one of the used sales manager said that he would do what he could for us since we made such a long trip to the dealership. We saw a few other RX 350's that interested us and since we drove a long distance, we spent the night at a nearby hotel to think about which car we wanted. We told Sean that we were going to think over night about which car we might purchase. Sean said he was going to be off the next day and he then introduced us to one of his sales partners, Steven Auerswald who would be there to help us the next day. Both Sean and Steven are very low pressure salesmen only interested in helping us to get the right car best suited for us. This is my 5th new car purchase since 1981 and I have never been treated so well and felt so comfortable in buying a car from a dealer. The car was washed and fueled for us just before delivery and we made a comfortable, 320 mile trip home in our "New to us" Lexus RX350, very pleased with out experience with Carlsbad Lexus. We worked with Sammy Doumit and Charles the Sales Managers, Ray in Finance and Sean and Steven in sales. ALL top notch, friendly people. We HIGHLY recommend this dealership! Thanks!
