Apparently, took my car on a nice trip Lexus of Carlsbad California went further with my car. I took it in for fender repair. I always take a photo of the odometer. The service manager insisted I leave the car or they would not order the new fender. When I picked up the car about 5 days later they had driven the car more than 400 miles. Someone had a nice time in my Lexus. They have not received any additional business from me of course. I have since purchased two new cars but from other dealers in nearby cities. By the way, when I complained to the manager he offered me a free oil change. As if I would every leave my car with them again. More

Wonderful Experience I originally planned on buying a used car but didn't know exactly what I wanted so was visiting three different dealerships on Auto Row. Carlsbad L I originally planned on buying a used car but didn't know exactly what I wanted so was visiting three different dealerships on Auto Row. Carlsbad Lexus was the third option. Joe Martinez showed me several used cars and I zeroed in on the Lexus IS. He also showed me some new cars and told me this would be a good time to buy. I went home to weight my options and visited the Costco Auto website. I called Joe and told him I'd be back in the following day ready to buy. He met me and during the process introduced me to Marius Mitrofan. I added some features that I didn't intend on getting because the price seemed very fair. The whole process was really simple and everyone was extremely nice. Before I left I spend 45 minutes with Patricia Kelly who showed me how to use all the technology. What a great person to have on the staff. I purchased a Lexus RX for my wife 4 years ago from another dealer and we still don't know how to use everything. She said if we brought it in she'd show us. Also, at one point I randomly wandered into the Service Dept and had a nice informative chat with the gal at the front desk. Everyone I talked to was great. I'll recommend Lexus Carlsbad to anyone.
