They are happy to spend the time to explain what service needs to be done and answer any questions. I have never had to return to have any repairs "redone". Work is completed within the estimated time which is important to me if I am waiting while the work is being done. I appreciate the discount coupons and "special" prices for maintenance work that are offered frequently. The waiting area is always clean with ample seating, plenty of magazines, coffee, and a television set whose channels can be changed by people waiting for their cars. More
