This was the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. The service department is clueless and I was told one thing by one person and something entirely different is what I actually got. There’s no communication and even worse follow up if it was as simple as going back and returning it like a pair of pants I would. More

Bought a suv from Lexington Park, Purchase was 5 star, but service center has been 1 star from beginning. I have utilized the Ford APP to schedule all my oil changes. The first one took them 3.5 hours to but service center has been 1 star from beginning. I have utilized the Ford APP to schedule all my oil changes. The first one took them 3.5 hours to complete a basic oil change even though I had an appointment. It wasnt until I started questioning where my vehicle was and why it wasnt done that all of a sudden it got done. They did provide me a free oil change to make up for my wait but that was only after I left a bad review. I have had a few oil changes since then, again long waits. Just recently I submitted 3 times for a appointment and received confirmation emails advising someone would call me, each time, I waited a day or 2 and then when I received no call, I requested another again through the app with Confirmation email received. So today after not receiving a call, I stop in and they tell me they dont know what I am talking about and they can give me the appointment I requested 1st request was 2 weeks ago. No they cant get me in for a basic oil change until June 25th at the earliest. More

There was a few problems the last time I went in there but Jason straightened everything out and took care of us li Ford and see Jason. HE’s the MAN! Don't waist your time stopping at this dealership. I was ready to special order a new F450 Platinum dually. The salesman stated they just received a new F450 King Ranch. I asked if I could test dri I was ready to special order a new F450 Platinum dually. The salesman stated they just received a new F450 King Ranch. I asked if I could test drive it to see how rough the ride was before I ordered my new F450. Salesman stated, "Oh they won't let you test drive that truck". That's when I got in my vehicle and drove to Waldorf Ford and placed my order there. I am a 3 Ford family and Lexington Park Ford will never get any more of my business. I will dive the 45 miles to go to Waldorf Ford. More

Johan Borges was awesome and deserves 5-stars but we initially got linked with a less than acceptable "finance officer". We walked out on him. Ultimately the manager and Liam made things right.
