I did not have a good experience. My VW was towed here because it was the closest dealership to where it broke down. MY brand new VW with only 3500 miles on it was in the shop for 6 My VW was towed here because it was the closest dealership to where it broke down. MY brand new VW with only 3500 miles on it was in the shop for 6 weeks. During that time, my service advisor- Carson, never called me to provide status updates. I had to call several times and when I inquired about the issues found and ETA for repairs, he was always very vague and unhelpful. When I picked up my car it was filthy (about 2 inches of dirt and dust on it) even though the invoice I received stated I received a "complimentary wash". They also tried to charge me for a pollen filter they decided to replace and note in the invoice that I approved- which I did not. Not impressed at all with the service I received. More

Wasn’t allowed a loaner vehicle while my car was in service for over three days. Also, I spent over $2000 and my car wasn’t washed. This used to be a standard service. Staff was very friendly. Waiting area is nice, clean, spacious, and has beverages. They send you a link with a video of your vehicle inspection process. They are also considerable savings over other Volk spacious, and has beverages. They send you a link with a video of your vehicle inspection process. They are also considerable savings over other Volkswagen dealerships. The only thing that was a little bit of a drawback this time is that the service time took longer than it should by quite a bit. Overall, I like coming here and will again. More
