Hello Mr. Mazza: Thank you for providing me the two examples and for reaching out. It appears we do in fact have an internal issue with our pricing program. I will take the necessary steps to fix this so future customers will not have this experience. If you would be interested in giving us a chance to rectify, I will take 10% off the list price. At this moment I cannot commit to a labor amount, as I'm not sure if there is any other difference in what our tech quoted vs what the phone quote was, but I'd cut that to the lowest number of hours possible as well.
