I completely agree and am very disappointed that we did not have better communication with you. Your time is a value commodity and should never be taken for granted. As a dealer, we do not control the roadside assistance for Volkswagen, or the parts timelines with the supply shortage, but we do control keeping you informed. I apologize that we failed you on this. I am not sure why there would ever be a part put on your car without involving you, even if it is non covered items like a pollen filter.
