I recently brought my Tiguan in for routine maintenance. . The entire experience was easy. I scheduled the appointment from my phone on their website. I received a conformation right away. Arriving at the dealer was also easy, I simply drove in, a service consultant greeted me right away. The service was completed quickly. They even washed my Tiguan! It is refreshing to see people working hard and happy while doing it. More

VW kept my car for a week to fix the air conditioner. They did not fix it it’s not working and I have to take it in again for them to get the parts to fix it again. Also the outside mirror protector fell They did not fix it it’s not working and I have to take it in again for them to get the parts to fix it again. Also the outside mirror protector fell off while driving they want $ 300 to paint and install one. I took an unpainted one for $68. More
