Had my vehicle worked on and spent $2000 and was back a few months later with the same related problem. It was not warranted and of course had to spent another $2000. I recently brought my Tiguan in for routine maintenance. . The entire experience was easy. I scheduled the appointment from my phone on their website. I received a conformation right away.
