Tim took the time on the phone prior to visit to understand my needs and trim piece failure. Tim had the piece ordered and ready and replaced it along with the tire rotation service while I waited. understand my needs and trim piece failure. Had my vehicle worked on and spent $2000 and was back a few months later with the same related problem. It was not warranted and of course had to spent another $2000.
