Dawn, that is definitely not the case and our clients safety is our highest priority. I appreciate your feedback and at the same time want to take the time to apologize for your recent issue. I looked at the work order and I see where we replaced the N-80 valve due to the evaporation fault in the system showing in the check engine light under the warranty and you did your part for the maintenance that you paid for on the tires, alignment, flushes and ad pollen filter. So, you are correct, you did your part and the main item you came in for has come back on. There are over 300 plus items to make that check engine light come on and once we replaced the original fault, we should of drove the vehicle enough miles to ensure once the first item that showed for this repair, and that no other faults came back on, or any another issue once the system cleared. I apologize this happened for you and obviously we need to look at the vehicle and find out what faults came back and get this handled for you. Please let me know a timeline you would work for you to do that, and I will find a loan car to put you in while we have it. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience of having to bring it back.
