It took well over 8 hours for an oil change and recall on my lights. There was no communication all day from them till I called them close to close. Had no idea if there were issues with my car and thats why my lights. There was no communication all day from them till I called them close to close. I interacted with all service department reps on the phone and in person. Required service was explained, everything was done in a timely manner. I brought my car in for having a check engine light on. When they found out what was wrong with it, they said they fixed it. I was then told a laundry list of other things that needed to be addressed and I When they found out what was wrong with it, they said they fixed it. I was then told a laundry list of other things that needed to be addressed and I paid $1500 for all of those things (that were not related to the check engine light problem). After getting my car home, the check engine light came on again. These people want money, not to make sure your car is safe for you to drive. More

Three weeks prior, I spent over $2000. 00 in repairs for my car. It come back because the battery in my key fob needs to be replaced. Another $10.00. Every single person I encounter there is awesome. Great personalities. Approachable. Had the Atlas detailed for the first time since buying the car in 2019. Pandemic + closed detail service center Great personalities. Approachable. Had the Atlas detailed for the first time since buying the car in 2019. Pandemic + closed detail service center = dirty car. Appointment was at 1030a. The car was taken back immediately. The shuttle service home was great. Grateful for that service. At 430pm I called to check the status of my car. Person that answered said he'd check and call back. Never called me back. I called back at 4:59p, and was told they were finishing up and it will be ready in 10 minutes. Car was sent out and I was on my way to the dealership at 5:24 pm. Luckily we use a babysitter and she was fine with keeping the kids longer. I finally got my car at 5:35. It was clean, smelled great. They did a great job on the inside cleaning up the two years of toddler cheerios from under the seats. Except they didn't get the sticky tree sap or whatever it was off the car. I can scrape it off with my nail, but I figured paying as much as we did, that they'd have a cleaner that loosened the stick stuff off cars. There's a lot on passenger side of the car. Very disappointed in that. We waited two years to get it washed because we wanted someone that was good at washing the Atlas over someone else. But to wait all day without any communication initiated on dealership part, and to have to rush to get my kids, and stress about that. AND I will still have to go out and get all the sap off.....I'm better off spending several hours cleaning it myself. Which is difficult for me to do. But I'll do it instead of using the service wash station at this dealership. Love my Atlas. Love the people I interacted with. Just disappointed in this experience. More
Tim has been the guy who has taken care of me several times over the last few years and I could not be happier. He has squeezed me in a few times at the last minute to solve some problem with the car or times over the last few years and I could not be happier.
