After 3 weeks of trying to get my repairs performed by you guys I found a shop that would perform my repairs but they couldn’t get the part so I told them I would pay for the parts. So I went to your store to purchase the parts and after waiting 20 minutes someone finally helped me at the parts department. Told them what I needed (I had already been quoted the prices) and the parts department had gone up almost $200 and when I asked why so much he said the price must have gone up that much in 3 weeks and he said, I guess so. The service advisor who wouldn’t schedule me came over and asked if I was ready to do the repairs, lol, I had been waiting to hear from him for 3 weeks. More

This is a new Dealership and I do not know them well, but I had a wonderful service care person that really took care of me and my vehicle. We talked a little about the area we loved, Arizona.
