I bought 4 new tires about 1. 5 yrs ago. I needed to replace one due to a nail in it. The warranty covered 50% of the price of the tire. Nowhere on the paperwork I received when I 5 yrs ago. Nowhere on the paperwork I received when I bought the tire mentioned the price of the tire would be prorated to current market price. Needless to say it will not buy a tire at this dealership ever again. More

Tim was able to diagnose my battery issue and get me a new battery under warranty without an appointment. I thought it was my key battery, but turns out it was my car battery! The service was fine but the logistics are not fun to deal with. They have not had a loaner in a very long time and they kept saying I needed to be rescheduled until one was available. I waited as long a deal with. They have not had a loaner in a very long time and they kept saying I needed to be rescheduled until one was available. I waited as long as I could but finally had to just schedule my service, which was covered under warranty. However, because I had to wait several days for a “diagnosis,” I had to pay for 5 days worth of a rental car since I needed to go to work. VW covered one day. Just odd that it would take 5 days to diagnose a problem. More
