I bought 4 new tires about 1. 5 yrs ago. I needed to replace one due to a nail in it. The warranty covered 50% of the price of the tire. Nowhere on the paperwork I received when I 5 yrs ago. The service was fine but the logistics are not fun to deal with. They have not had a loaner in a very long time and they kept saying I needed to be rescheduled until one was available. However, because I had to wait several days for a “diagnosis,” I had to pay for 5 days worth of a rental car since I needed to go to work. VW covered one day. Just odd that it would take 5 days to diagnose a problem. More
