Tim was able to diagnose my battery issue and get me a new battery under warranty without an appointment. I thought it was my key battery, but turns out it was my car battery! The service was fine but the logistics are not fun to deal with. They have not had a loaner in a very long time and they kept saying I needed to be rescheduled until one was available. However, because I had to wait several days for a “diagnosis,” I had to pay for 5 days worth of a rental car since I needed to go to work. VW covered one day.
