I had my 10K appointment scheduled. Upon arriving Melissa Ortiz was my service advisor. I got checked in and a short time later I was texted a video of the assessment of my car. Darian Whitmarsh was my Certified VW Technician and showed me the multi-point inspection. He also found a small piece of metal and a nail in my tire and recommended a replacement. I am so glad I came in that day! I had no idea my tire was damaged. They replaced the tire and in a short amount of time, I was on my way. Great experience! More
Bought a used GTI and had problems before and after the sale. Check engine light was on during test drive. Was told it was simply a low voltage issue and battery replacement would fix it. Told them I did not want to buy a car with check engine light on They agreed they would correct the problem. day before picking it up was told by sales they were cleaning the intake. Didnt make sense at first. was told they wanted to clean it because these cars had issues with carbon buildup. I was not told the reason for the intake cleaning was to correct the engine code, however thats what was being done. Picked up the car and drove it home. next morning and every morning after had cold start problems. check engine light back on after a week of very little driving. stopped by autozone for engine check light and mis-fire in 2 cylinders. took back to dealer and left the car for about a week while i was out of town. They said could not repeat the problem, and tried some chemical additive to the fuel. this has been an extremely frustrating experience, and i should have been told before delivery of the car exactly why the intake was being removed. I would have not bought the car. It was a deceptive practice in my opinion. Brian was very nice, but was in charge of the deal. Miguel was my sales rep and did his best. I would give Miguel 5 stars. I cannot recommend this dealer. More
Service was great and Melissa Ortiz is always great, however, I am still not happy about the dealership not securing the old service records for my vehicle when the ownership changed hands. My car has low mileage, is paid off, and I have no reason to buy a new vehicle. At some point, you not having my old service records is going to come back to bite me. That will always bug me. More
I came In for my 40,000 mile maintenance and I thought I had an appointment but I booked the wrong day. The gentleman who helped me still got me in no problem. I also wanted to see if they could diagnose a problem my car was having. (When it’s 90 degrees and above I have electrical problems happen in the car) But I kind of got beat around the bush. I think he was perplexed. But we scheduled a later date I could come in. I was updated about my car via video when I was waiting (only took 2 hours) which was nice. The only thing is I think I got over charged. When I was approving the charges via app it said the maintenance was $ 0. So I approved an extra service that would only be $150 so I assumed that’s all that I would pay. (My car is still only 2 years old) I ended up paying $282.90. But my car is running fine except for that heat issue. More
Customer Service is poor, they focus only on sales speech but they don’t care about customers. My car broke with no reason and with minimal tests they concluded I needed a new engine. I had to go for a secon but they don’t care about customers. My car broke with no reason and with minimal tests they concluded I needed a new engine. I had to go for a second opinion and fixed the car with 1/3 of the cost. I had to pay this dealer about $600 just for the check. Very disappointed that VW cannot fix their own engines and just replace them without considering waste, ecology and cost. More
