I scheduled my service appointment in the middle of September, but the first available date was not until the 27th. In the past the delay was only a few days. Staff was ready for me when I arrived and the service setup went smoothly. Tim kept me updated as needed and was honest about the challenges of the current business environment. The work was completed in a few hours and my GTI was nicely washed. Later on Tuesday afternoon, I noticed a fluid dripping very slowly from in front of my left front tire. I had not seen fluid leaks before the service. That evening I determined that the leaking fluid was a light green in color and was not engine coolant, and not my windshield washer fluid (I had used an orange WWF). The leak stopped on Wednesday morning. My conclusion is that something must have been spilled in that corner of the engine bay. More
I had a recall that was easy, quick, and the staff was very helpful. The lobby had plenty of snacks and drinks available, wi-fi, tables spread apart to have room to work or lounge and the team was ready very helpful. Not as friendly as it was before it sold. I was quoted two different prices for oil change, Two different service people and different phone calls. People were nice but not really intereste I was quoted two different prices for oil change, Two different service people and different phone calls. People were nice but not really interested in me or what I needed. On the phone I was offered a ride wherever I wanted to go so I wouldn't have to wait 2 hours at the dealer. When I was there I was told they could take me home but I would have to wait till 5:00 for my car to be ready. Price was competitive but I won't go back. Every one there seemed sad. Don't know what it was. More
Ripped me off. paid for a full diagnostic of a car to know what all needed to be fixed to get all the lights to go away. Then wanted 2500$ for about 150$ of parts and 2 hours of labor (I am a mechanic just not for VW's), so I did it myself. Well their diagnostic wasnt right and didnt fix it, so I went back for a follow up and they wanted another diagnostic fee to look over the car again after they already looked it over and had a fix. Told the sales rep that and they said that it would be another 150$ to do another diagnostic of the car, seems sketch that they were just wanting money so I would throw parts at the car. Well I left after that and got it fixed elsewhere for alot less money. If you want to get scammed go here. Also this is how they treated me after getting 4 cars from here and having the service done on all but my last one. I havnt gone back since and tell everyone now to avoid. Also after this experience and giving a 1 star review they had tried to reach out and remedy the situation by giving me another diagnostic for free. Too late on that when it should have been free or atleast reduced from the get go. More
I called and made an appointment, dropped it off on time and they were ready for it. Stayed in communication via text, sent me the suggested repairs and I accepted what I felt needed repairing and then was and they were ready for it. Once paid I walked up to the Service person Tim and signed a couple papers and got in my car and drove off. Very efficient, friendly and kind. Thanks More
