They did a good job losing a customer. Gave me grief about extended warranty needing to go back to dealership purchased from. Called selling dealer and they said they were wrong. The customer service is out of this world. I took my 2011 GTI to get the DSG serviced due to approaching 160k. I received a video stating what was done and checked on the car. Website price was 79, got charged 99 for the oil change, plus 15 for tire rotation, which I'm pretty sure was supposed to be included. Also, they didn't do the MPI, which I was told about beforehand, becaus plus 15 for tire rotation, which I'm pretty sure was supposed to be included.
