My initial experience when purchasing the vehicle 6 months ago was excellent in all respects. My recent visit was for the first of the included oil changes and vehicle check ups. While I expected that months ago was excellent in all respects. My recent visit was for the first of the included oil changes and vehicle check ups. While I expected that there may be a few recommended additions to the oil change that would be at my cost, there was none of that. In addition I received a clever video of the technician checking the engine compartment and undercarriage of the car with descriptions of what he checked and measurements to verify what he saw. When the car was returned immediately clean I got a written report and a zero dollar receipt. Everyone that I encountered thanked me for coming in. More

GOOD EVENING, CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH MR. LARSEN WAS EXCELLENT! ALSO MS. MELISSA ORTIZ WAS VERY HELPFUL WHILE MR. LARSEN WAS OFF ON THE SATURDAY THAT I DROPPED MY CAR OFF, OF COURSE HE LET ME LARSEN WAS EXCELLENT! ALSO MS. MELISSA ORTIZ WAS VERY HELPFUL WHILE MR. LARSEN WAS OFF ON THE SATURDAY THAT I DROPPED MY CAR OFF, OF COURSE HE LET ME KNOW THAT IN ADVANCE. THE ONLY ISSUE I HAD WAS WHEN I DROPPED MY CAR OFF I MADE SURE I WASHED IT, I KNOW WE HAD SOME RAIN IN BETWEEN MY SERVICE, JUST FELT IT SHOUD HAVE GOTTEN A QUICK RINSE OFF BEFORE GIVING IT BACK TO THE CUSTOMER, ALL IN ALL I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE INCLUDING HAVING A NEW KEY FOB MADE AND PROGRAMMED!
