Brian, if I would have agreed to the recommended work from my last visit, not only would I have, with your team's advisement, paid twice for work previously performed but in total during the last 12 months I would have spent $20K on repair work on a 2012 VW Beetle. At this time, I am not able to pass an emissions test to register the car - I can't even sell the car because of the advisement from your team. Your service advisor didn't even take the time to look at all of my paperwork before calling me and telling me I have to replace a part your team replaced last year. A $6,000 dollar part! And, why don't you reach out to me directly to discuss? For a customer who has spent the amount of money I have with your service location, why should I have to call you? Your team ordered the part, your team advised me to purchase this part and your team installed this part for a car that is now unsellable.
