I will never take my car to this dealership for service again! And I will never buy a Volkswagen again! I have to wait a week for someone to see my car. I have been advised incorrectly regarding a par again! And I will never buy a Volkswagen again! I have to wait a week for someone to see my car. The service department has no accountability and there is no oversight over any of these service advisors. More

Been a customer for over 7 years. Never have I had to wait so long for an oil change. 2 hours. When I asked for an update in the waiting area the employee said I can go ask myself.
