The experience was straight forward. The person greeting me was friendly. They are obviously going through renovations but still doing the best with what they can. The downsides were that they claim to offer a car wash with the service, at best it was a window cleaning. The car was still covered in dirt, mind you the car wasn't filthy to begin with. Lastly, I only noticed upon getting home that they had forgot to replace the VW valve stem cap on one of my wheels. Normally this would be a non-issue but these particular caps are sold as an add-on. Recall items and oil change completed fine. However, I’m told that in order to address a seat adjustment button issue, I have to leave my vehicle for 3 - 5 business days due to the need for a m However, I’m told that in order to address a seat adjustment button issue, I have to leave my vehicle for 3 - 5 business days due to the need for a master mechanic to diagnose the problem. This is ridiculous to the point that I would hesitate to purchase another vehicle from this dealership, or to recommend it to others. I will have to live with a faulty switch because Lewisville VW can’t repair it in a timely fashion. Why not put my vehicle in a queue and contact me when the service can be performed? More

I've only had to visit a couple times for some warranty work but they were always professional and the work was completed successfully.
