Ridiculous from all aspects! Waited 2.5 hours for a key to be coded. Incomplete part ordered. Checked my engine out - not requested. Chaotic. Poor communication but got the job done. No car wash at the end of the service after I was told it was being cleaned. Small thing? Maybe. But for Poor communication but got the job done.
