Took my ID. 4 in for recall work, and it was done in a reasonable amount of time. The staff was always very courteous and helpful. They did not bother to charge it while it was in their shop, and I think that should have been a standard service. More

Chaotic. Poor communication but got the job done. No car wash at the end of the service after I was told it was being cleaned. Small thing? Maybe. But for Poor communication but got the job done.
