The overall service team is great. Only issue I had was the wait time (2 weeks to 5 business days during the summer) just to have a technician to even look at the vehicle. I love Lewisville VW. This place is incredible! They have treated me like family since the very first time i stepped in their doors when it was Bobby Becks VW and now with This place is incredible! They have treated me like family since the very first time i stepped in their doors when it was Bobby Becks VW and now with there new management they never skipped a beat. I get treated A1 everytime and i have bought two cars and leased two cars here. This dealership and their treatment to the customer is why i am such a VW fanatic. Thanks guys More
