Oil change took 2 hours to finish, price reflected on website was not what the price turned out to be. There was a twenty dollar difference which is kind of crazy. Went in for an oil change and was spoken to once by the advisor. Had to go find him to ask him what was taking almost two hours and he informed me that they were doing an update as well as service, that wa advisor. Had to go find him to ask him what was taking almost two hours and he informed me that they were doing an update as well as service, that wasn’t the issue the issue was there is no communication and I was left to sit there waiting while I saw another advisor actually speaking to clients and helping them with their appointments. I very underwhelmed with the service I experienced, to add to it I got my car back that I waited for them to wash only for it to still have dirt all over it and be told yea we just once over it, we don’t actually wash it. And as if that wasn’t enough when we got back into my vehicle a service tech had stepped all over my daughter’s bag staining it and when a text was sent to the “preferred way to contact your advisor” no one ever responded or offered an apology. I can honestly say I will never return for any service there again. More
