Went in for an oil change and was spoken to once by the advisor. Had to go find him to ask him what was taking almost two hours and he informed me that they were doing an update as well as service, that wa advisor. Had to go find him to ask him what was taking almost two hours and he informed me that they were doing an update as well as service, that wasn’t the issue the issue was there is no communication and I was left to sit there waiting while I saw another advisor actually speaking to clients and helping them with their appointments. I very underwhelmed with the service I experienced, to add to it I got my car back that I waited for them to wash only for it to still have dirt all over it and be told yea we just once over it, we don’t actually wash it. And as if that wasn’t enough when we got back into my vehicle a service tech had stepped all over my daughter’s bag staining it and when a text was sent to the “preferred way to contact your advisor” no one ever responded or offered an apology. I can honestly say I will never return for any service there again. More

I was very disappointed with this service. I needed my tires replaced. For an odd reason when I got my tires replaced two years ago, I only got three tires replaced. I don’t remember this happening as I thought I was getting four tires but that’s the past. So when my tire need replaced, I found out it was the fourth tire that needed replacing. Then when I started looking back at my tire rotation history, it looked like that tire has never been rotated even though I’ve asked for a tire rotation every single time. When asked about this, I was told well we only put the best tires in the front so the service technician was lazy and decided to not ever move that tire. I think that was a very inappropriate answer, and I believe that’s one of the reasons why my tire had issues since it was never properly rotated. More

When you book a service online for a set price, their “software” doesn’t carry over the price and you’re charged more when you get into the dealership. A simple $89 oil change is all of a sudden $125. When you question them about the price, they are extremely rude, speak down to you and act like they’re speaking to a child. I regret ever going with Volkswagen and can’t wait to get away from them. Customer service is extremely rude! Glad we only own one of their vehicles More
