First time getting my vehicle serviced at this dealership. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The time given to me about give long the service will take was exactly as I was told. The people are polite and personable. I purchased the Platinum warranty and now see it was a waste of money. My VW Taos has computer issues and can’t be fixed. Cars were honking at me and I caused a traffic jam. Other issues are happening which began the first week I purchased it in Oct 2023. I will get a lawyer to handle it due to no help from VW More
