The people are polite and personable. I purchased the Platinum warranty and now see it was a waste of money. My VW Taos has computer issues and can’t be fixed. Cars were honking at me and I caused a traffic jam. Other issues are happening which began the first week I purchased it in Oct 2023. I will get a lawyer to handle it due to no help from VW More
