It took the dealership three months to have a loaner car available for us. We requested it one week after taking delivery of our id.4 We dropped off our vehicle and after they had it for 3 weeks we final available for us. The entire repair took the better part of a month (for a central locking module programming reset) and there was practically no communication from the service advisor, except for when it was time to pick up the car.
