I made an appointment to get my tire rotated. After they inspected my vehicle, they said that my coolant and brake fluid were getting dark and needed replacement. They were literally about to fall off. 4th, they asked if I wanted a complementary car wash and I said yes but did not perform the car wash. More
It was not a pleasant experience since, firstly, we were not informed that the maintenance service on my car due at 40K miles was not covered and would be charged. Secondly the electrical complaint that I had, was not resolved due to the unavailability of the module even after keeping the vehicle till EOD. However, Tim assisted me very well. I was even offered a shuttle service by Lyft and covered more miles till my house, than the normal. More
