I made an appointment to get my tire rotated. After they inspected my vehicle, they said that my coolant and brake fluid were getting dark and needed replacement. It was not a pleasant experience since, firstly, we were not informed that the maintenance service on my car due at 40K miles was not covered and would be charged. I was even offered a shuttle service by Lyft and covered more miles till my house, than the normal. More
