Brought my car in for a 50k scheduled service and for an airbag indicator light that popped up on my dashboard. After taking my car home, i realized that the sound system in the car is worse now. The woman that scheduled my service is rude and demeaning to customers over the phone. My service advisor was slightly rude from the beginning however he did end up getting me a rental to use during the serv to customers over the phone. My service advisor was slightly rude from the beginning however he did end up getting me a rental to use during the service which was nice. The technician was super nice, very knowledgeable, and funny! The next day my technician sent a video of what he repaired and said the vehicle was going to cleaning and my advisor would let me know when it was ready to pick up except 3.5 hours later & 3 calls & 3 voicemails (because no one ever answers the phone there) & 3 texts my advisor finally called back and said it’s been ready. I arrive and a different person slaps 2 different stacks of paper on counter and says sign here and then you’re good and neglected to discuss what exactly I was signing for. After I asked what am I signing for he acted annoyed that I would ask what I was signing before I signed it. Darrin McKinney, the technician that did the service on my car, was Lewisvilles saving grace! He is the only reason you received 3 stars; he was 5 stars on his own and everyone else was 3 or less! More

It took the dealership three months to have a loaner car available for us. We requested it one week after taking delivery of our id.4 We dropped off our vehicle and after they had it for 3 weeks we final available for us. The entire repair took the better part of a month (for a central locking module programming reset) and there was practically no communication from the service advisor, except for when it was time to pick up the car.
