This is my second bad experience with this service department and my second time going. I made an appointment at 11:15 when I arrived I was told it would be an hour tops, and then about 20 minutes la department and my second time going. I made an appointment at 11:15 when I arrived I was told it would be an hour tops, and then about 20 minutes later the man who told me that let me know his manager said it would be 2.5 hours now. I asked why make an appointment if it will be a 3 hour wait? He said that they had others in front of me and some guys at lunch so they couldn’t get to my car. I ended up having to Uber somewhere and Uber back. THEN…from the time I got my text the car was being serviced to when it was done was barely 35 minutes and I don’t think they did anything. The oil change light is still on! It was not washed! And as I picked it up I was told to be kind on my survey….really?!?! Maybe they are used to be telling honestly how bad the service is! This is my daughters vehicle and my other daughter is getting ready to need a car…we will not ever buy a vehicle from this dealership again! More
It was not a pleasant experience since, firstly, we were not informed that the maintenance service on my car due at 40K miles was not covered and would be charged. I was even offered a shuttle service by Lyft and covered more miles till my house, than the normal. More
