I made an appointment to get my tire rotated. After they inspected my vehicle, they said that my coolant and brake fluid were getting dark and needed replacement. I just got those changed 3k miles ago. 2nd, after they rotated my tires, I noticed that my steering wheel alignment was off. 3rd, I checked my engine by and my technician did not screw down my air filter cover all the way. They were literally about to fall off. 4th, they asked if I wanted a complementary car wash and I said yes but did not perform the car wash. More

It was not a pleasant experience since, firstly, we were not informed that the maintenance service on my car due at 40K miles was not covered and would be charged. Secondly the electrical complaint that I h not informed that the maintenance service on my car due at 40K miles was not covered and would be charged. Secondly the electrical complaint that I had, was not resolved due to the unavailability of the module even after keeping the vehicle till EOD. However, Tim assisted me very well. I was even offered a shuttle service by Lyft and covered more miles till my house, than the normal. More

Only bought here because they had the car I wanted at the time I wanted to buy. Tried to get it from someone else because the sales process was unorganized and I found multiple "errors" in their numbers pres time I wanted to buy. Tried to get it from someone else because the sales process was unorganized and I found multiple "errors" in their numbers presented to me while trying to close the deal. I at least used it to my advantage as leverage to get a price no one else could match. Finance guy spent more time talking about himself and his boat than trying to help me sign my docs and take the car home. I wish I were making this stuff up. More
