Tim Larsen was patient & helpful and he took time to answer all my questions thoroughly. On the video sent by mechanic, he spoke too fast and too quietly so could not understand some of what he was say answer all my questions thoroughly. Took a while (3 to 3.5 hours), but had a desk to work at along w/ good wifi so was nice. TV was on too loud (only desk I saw was by TV--not sure why) and looked for a remote but couldn't find...should have probably asked someone to turn it down. Overall a nice experience More

Dave was a nice guy and it isn't his fault but I honestly hate getting a price and being upsold after we agree on the deal. I told my wife and daughter in the future, I'll ask for everything you plan to t hate getting a price and being upsold after we agree on the deal. I've also never had a deal where the sales manager picks the financing. Seemed a little strange that the F & I guy had no clue about it or why it was selected. Kastriot was GREAT!. Super nice, patient, overall he was the reason we came back to buy the car at Lewisville VW. I was pretty hard on him about the service department (I have a Touareg and Atlas) already and now a 3rd VW. I'll never understand having to make an appointment and then when you bring it in it sits a week before they even touch it. It doubles the amount of time you're without your vehicle. Seems like if you have an appointment you bring it in and they work on it tgatbday or at least by the next morning. Kyle More
