Melissa provided exceptional assistance and thoroughly explained everything. She handled the process of repairing the damage we caused with ease and professionalism. I will always seek her assistance when bringing my car to Lewisville VW. Fortunately, I didn't need to leave the car overnight, and they completed the repairs on the same day. Although they don't offer loaner cars, I hope they consider changing this policy for cases where overnight stays are necessary. Nevertheless, I was pleased with their same-day service. Lewisville VW provides a shuttle service to drop customers off at work while their car is being serviced. I highly recommend them for any VW needs. More
