The service was fine but the logistics are not fun to deal with. They have not had a loaner in a very long time and they kept saying I needed to be rescheduled until one was available. However, because I had to wait several days for a “diagnosis,” I had to pay for 5 days worth of a rental car since I needed to go to work. VW covered one day. Never heard of this dealership, but they had an Escalade I wanted to buy. I give 5 Stars to the salesperson, Miguel. Nicer bathrooms, quality snacks, a Keurig with an assortment of coffee/tea choices, music or better decor to make the atmosphere attractive ... all of those things would add to improve the customer experience. I guess I'm used to the newer Honda dealerships as I've purchased an Odyssey and a CRV at them and they take the customer experience to another level. The finance guy (Joe) was laid back, easy to work with, explained things well, and I give him 5 stars, too. He was the only person who made me feel like I was shopping in the 21st century. Ultimately, I was there to buy a car and got one. The customer experience wasn't bad but I've had better. More
Tim was able to diagnose my battery issue and get me a new battery under warranty without an appointment. I thought it was my key battery, but turns out it was my car battery!
