Hello, I’d like to start off by thanking the Volkswagen family of Lewisville for an amazing experience. I was looking for a preowned SUV suitable for my wife and I’s growing family. After 13 years of having my 2011 Nissan frontier it was time for me to let it go. On line I came across a GMC Terrain they had on the lot that I was interested in test driving. Before walking in I was greeted by Lee who was my sales rep. He was very friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. He was able to answer all the questions I had about the vehicle, provided all the information I needed or asked for, and printed it all out so I could take it home and discuss with my wife before making our decision. While there, I never felt pressured or pushed into a sale, which was great for me because I don’t like car shopping and pushy sale reps. That night my wife and I carefully looking over everything and made our decision. The next day I showed up and made my offer. After a while of working out numbers we were able come up to an agreement and made the deal. The service I received was amazing, they were willing to work with me, and they made the process easy. My family and I are very grateful and happy with our purchase.
