My salesman/finance closer were nice/did their job well and because of that i feel bad writing this honest review. The dealership simply left a sour taste and I don’t think i’ll be giving them my future bu and because of that i feel bad writing this honest review. The dealership simply left a sour taste and I don’t think i’ll be giving them my future business. First scummy thing: they tried to steal $1500+ dollars… I prequalified for the VW low apr interest rate that they tried to tack an extra 1.9% thinking because I had to drive three hours I would fold… then their reaction to me leaving started an act like they would “negotiate with the bank” which ofcourse came back to the rate that was agreed upon before going out there. Then the next xx i had to deal with was being told I wouldn’t have to return to the dealership… I could get everything shipped to my house to save another 3 hour drive, sounds convienent right? wrong… I get an email my plates arrived at the dealership- with that I respond to the email asking for them to fulfill what was promised. TWO weeks goes by *nothing* so ofcourse I follow up and I’m told I have to come in… to be fair to them though they then did install them which was nice minus VW not having front plate holes so they have to drill into the bumper (who really cares though) overall experience B-, good negotiated price, friendly people, wish it lacked the sliminess More
