We worked with Kimberly to make sure that we understood the Entune system. She was knowledgeable, patient, and most pleasant. If you are interested in a Toyota, give Lewis a chance. Not upfront and honest My son found a vehicle he wanted to purchase, contacted the dealership to let them know he was on his way to test drive it. When he arrived, he was t My son found a vehicle he wanted to purchase, contacted the dealership to let them know he was on his way to test drive it. When he arrived, he was told the vehicle had been sold 30 minutes before he arrived (he drove an hour to get there). So, since he still needed a vehicle that gets around in the snow, he looked at other vehicles on the lot. He was told he wouldn't be able to get a loan for the vehicle he was interested in because of its age and mileage. Really?! So, he had to get a co-signer for a newer, more expensive vehicle. While the salesman was at it, he talked him into getting warranties which virtually doubled the price!! He informed my son that if he felt like he wasn't able to make the payment at any time that he could bring it back and get something less expensive. So, when my son did this, he was told he had to register the vehicle and make 6-8 months of payments because he didn't have any equity!! In addition, I have received 4 loan rejection letters from banks, but not a loan approval. I called the salesman regarding this matter, but he hasn't responded. More
