2nd chance Brought vehicle in for service assuming department was aware of what needed to happen. Because of past experience I questioned work that was supposed Brought vehicle in for service assuming department was aware of what needed to happen. Because of past experience I questioned work that was supposed to happen-they did not complete service as reflected in manual. Evidently there are communication issues or awareness from advisors to technicians. This is the second instance where I feel that this dealership doesn’t produce expected results. I will not return to this service center because of their poor service. They did the oil change at no cost-but the fact that I had to ask if it was done in the first place. More

I will continue to go to them for whatever needs come up. I live in Manhattan and won't go back to Little Apple Toyota due to problems with sales and service. There is such a selection of vehicles, new and used. John Dasher is wonderful to work with and I consider him a great person and friend, looking out for our best interests. You will not be sorry to use this dealership and John Dasher. Friendly personnel throughout. Service department included as they have taken care of a problem that I had with rodents in my engine and were prompt with the repairs and handled it excellently. I would recommend to anyone reading this to not hesitate in going to them. Everyone is friendly and helpful, you will not be sorry. Best dealership I've ever worked with and will continue with them for future cars and service. More

Great customer service! Steve and Maggie were wonderful to work with. I felt taken care of from the minute I walked in the door and it was nice to feel like my small children Steve and Maggie were wonderful to work with. I felt taken care of from the minute I walked in the door and it was nice to feel like my small children were welcome rather than a nuisance. Maggie even brought our vehicle to us when the snow hit so that I didn’t have to get the kids out in the bad weather! Thank you for making this process smooth for us! More
