They went to another state and brought back the car I wanted. Dan was friendly, honest, no pressure, and perfect. I have purchased several new cars and this was the best experience I've had. Once the car arrived Kimberly was a joy to work with and knew how much my brain could process (the Rav4 has so many features) at one time. She has made sure that I have videos to learn on my own.
