Battery check Took our Camry to service department to have battery checked, which was still under warranty. They placed my car up on the lift, I asked them what were they doing, they said they were doing a 10 point service check. All I wanted was a battery check. Then they told me I needed a new cabin filter. All I wanted was a battery check!!! Then I was I told they would not honor the battery replacement warranty. Terrible customer service, trying to rip me off. Never again will we use the Toyota service department. Walked out, paying 100.00 bucks for a new battery, which should had been replaced for free. Never again... More
