My new C-MAX arrived!!! Just got my new C-MAX!! Ordered Oct. 6 but factory didn't deliver til now despite time estimates as early as Jan. 23, it's now Feb.15. Lewis Ford trie Just got my new C-MAX!! Dynamite I originally went to test drive just to see what I really wanted to get. I recognized a balanced effort to do their job to sell cars while looking to find me exactly what I wanted. The only reason the fifth star isn't there is because I was a little disappointed that Ford dealerships don't work together for the optimal customer experience with the brand. Individually, though, these folks are great! So good that I was willing to reach to tell the GM how great his team is here long before completing this second review. I would shop here again. More
