Eric Senatore is a great rep - Lester Glenn is lucky to have him. Others in the service department, however, are lacking in quality and customer service. I brought my car in for a simple installation. T have him. Others in the service department, however, are lacking in quality and customer service. I brought my car in for a simple installation. The techs were apparently too challenged with it that they did an inadequate/improper installation just to finish the job. Rather than showing concern about my customer satisfaction, service manager, Kerry, gave me coupon for an oil change which did nothing to correct the sloppy, incorrectly installed cover. He didn't seem bothered by the shoddy installation job; he seemed bothered by me having an issue with it. I strongly disliked Lester Glenn from bad experiences years ago. I thought I would give them a try again in case things changed. This experience just confirmed for me that things haven't changed with them. More
