First car purchase in 7 years. Experience was great. No one was pushy and I didn't feel intimidated at all. I bought what I wanted in a very good time-frame. Entire transaction was only 31/2 hours. Extra time to get things accomplished these days is hard to come by. It was helpful to be able to shop from home. Stacy was helpful in giving me information on different vehicles, setting up an appointment to come by. It was helpful to be able to shop from home. Upon arrival at the showroom I was greeted by the salesman Jack who then informed Donato that I had arrived for my appointment. Donato and I spoke briefly. He had been informed by Stacy what I was interested in, my background info and what I expected from the dealership at this meeting. Donato was helpful and then had Jack Geraghty assist me in getting what I was looking for. Jack and I took a test drive. Jack, being a well informed sales person, went over everything about the Outback that I was interested in. Jack and I worked out a deal with a minimal amount of time or involvement from his managers etc. Jack is good to work with and I would look to work with him again when in need of another vehicle. This is my third vehicle purchase from this dealer group. They collectivly and consistently have provided an overall good experience. More

I drove a mini cooper and was trying to decide between a Mini Countryman or a Crosstek or a Outback. We were greeted at the door by Josh and he was with us the rest of the evening. My husband already drives a WRX and thought he knew alot about the brand since it was his second Subaru but once Josh started to give us detail about the car, he actually taught my husband a few things about his car that his previous sales person never told him. Josh was very good about letting my husband and I both test drive the cars and found us an area to drive so we could really see the safety and snow capabilities of the car. Josh made sure he answered any of our questions and tried to provide us all the information we would need to make a decision regarding picking the right car for me. Once we narrowed it down he made sure I got the right car and the right deal for me. My husband and I am have bought alot of cars and we can honestly say it was one of the better experiences from the dealer in general to Josh's service and commitment. Josh told us that anything we need post purchase he is there to help and I really believe that to be true. More
Josh Cavalieri made us feel welcome from the minute he greeted us at the door, he is excellent at what he does. We visited the dealership on Janurary 31st to look at the Subaru Forester and Outback. We had been looking at other vehicles and wanted to compare them to the Subaru, a car that we had never owned before but knew people who owned them and were happy. Josh showed us those that were in the showroom and went into great detail about each one. Then, he asked what we were looking for in that type of vehilcle, found one , let us both test drive it and let us take the time to think about it, no pressure. We returned on February 1st to purchase the Outback that he showed us. We would not have returned to the dealership if we had felt any type of pressure at all. Josh knows his product and knows how to present it to a potential buyer. We would definitely recommend him to friends and family if they were looking for a car. As we said, he is an excellent salesman. One of the most important things to us, when we purchase any car, is the Service Department at the dealership. We are hoping for a great experience with Lester Glenn Subaru of Toms River. More

It was further than another dealership but the ratings influenced my decision to visit there first. I was impressed also by the quick response I received online the night before by Michelle. So, with great ratings and great initial internet response, I chose to visit Lester Glenn first. Josh was a very sincere and attentive to my needs and I felt so at ease making my decision. I will say, once I got a price for the car I was interested in. I did go to the other dealership just to feel that I was not buying on impulse and investigate further. I'm glad I did because it made me appreciate the service I received from Josh even more. He, along with the finance manager made my experience of purchasing my first Subaru a no stress experience.
