Prior to the summer my parents had an old Mercedes Benz that myself and siblings wanted to have them sell or trade in for a new vehicle. I asked them to look for a Subaru Forester and contact me if they li that myself and siblings wanted to have them sell or trade in for a new vehicle. Colt showed them several models that the dealership had and my parents decided that they liked a white Premium Forester. Colt was very patient and worked carefully to make sure my parents got the right deal. After speaking with Colt my parents contacted me and asked if I would drive down to speak to Colt and review the offer that was presented to my parents. Much to my surprise the deal offered to my parents was extremely competitive with NO hidden surprises. My parents leased their New Forester that day and are extremely pleased and happy with their decision. Because of Colt's honesty and hard work with my parents, we decided to give him a call regarding a second Subaru. I spoke to Colt about what we were looking for and what we wanted to pay for the 2013 Impreza. Colt told me that he will do whatever he could to make the deal happen. He returned my call promptly with several vehicles in stock and with the deal we were looking for. My girlfriend and I came in specifically to look for a new car on a late Thursday afternoon. We met with John and after a test drive, we knew that the car was for us. Upon walking into this dealership i was greeted with respect and the upmost professionalism. This dealership had such an unique way of selling a car, they asked us what was important to us in this vehil respect and the upmost professionalism. It took many hours and visits, however, Colt and John never seemed to be concerned if we were not going to purchase a vehicle or not, they always answered all our questions while not trying to sell the vechile or options that were not needed. When we finally decided to purchase the vehicle Colt and John sat with us and went over every line item. They made this experience for my daughter such a pleasure that she asked why so many people complain about buying a car. When the car arrived they had balloons all around the car took a picture of us like we are a new part of their family. We finished this process sitting with Lonnie the Finance Manager who also explained (but never pushed) extented warranties. He was very organized and prepared so this went smoothly and quickly.
