I bought my first Subaru from Lester Glenn 3 years ago. From my first service until the present, the staff there, specifically Zena and Lisa Gilmore have treated me wonderfully. More importantly, they have gained my trust and that is very important when service people are recommending various types of services and a consumer really doesn't know if their car truly needs it or are they just being "sold". That also had a lot to do with my decision to lease a 2nd car from Lester Glenn Subaru last year. Kudos to both Lisa and Zena. You have truly earned my business ! More

A very positive experience Buying my Subaru Legacy was a pleasant experience. Dealing with Kyle ....he was professional and courteous. When i went into the dealership and sat down with Kyle, i knew exactly what car I wanted. However, I was under a strict time constraint because my husband is very ill and was home alone. I expressed the fact that i did not have the luxury of spending hours and hours there negotiating...(a very bad experience that I had at another dealership and manufacturer three years ago with my previous lease.). They understood my concerns and were compassionate and there was no haggling. Yes, some negotiating, but over all not a bad experience at all. I was in and out with a great deal in under three hours and i came back that evening to pick my car up. It was ready in the time frame they gave me. The paper work was signed and I drove off a happy first time owner of a Subaru Legacy. And, yes, i will definitely go back there for my next Subaru! More
