John and I worked out a deal and i left a HAPPY SUBARU OWNER.Before I left, I had to see Lonnie for the finanical paper work.On this day 11/24/12 they must have sold at least 5 cars while i was there.Needless to say Lonnie was way behind with the paper work as he was alone that day.He apoligized for the wait, and though he had other people waiting he took the time to go over all the details of the lease. John also defined what CUSTOMER SERVICE is all about.I forgot to remove my easy pass unit from my trade. Called John on monday and explained what happened. My husband and I visited Lester Glenn Subaru in Toms River to look at and possibly buy a Legacy. We had seen one on the internet in their stock and wanted to see that particular Legacy. We were greeted in the parking area by Colt Tomlinson who was carrying 2 umbrellas since it was raining when we arrived. He ushered us inside and we began discussing what was available. After several attempts, we were able to locate the particular car that we were interested in seeing. Colt was very helpful in tracking down and retrieving that particular car from one of their many storage areas. Lonnie Sherry was very efficient in filling out the paper work and explaining the various options for paying for the vehicle. Both of the staff w/whom we worked were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. We are enjoying driving our new Legacy. More
