I've leased multiple vehicles in my life, and this was hands down the WORST sales experience imaginable. At least 3x during the week someone called, very friendly, to ensure that we would be keeping our appt. We drove 40 minutes and checkbook in hand, I was ready to purchase the vehicle. Our salesperson was very inexperienced so had to keep going to speak with someone regarding the deal. He came back with a price that was far in excess of the quote. He then brought me a copy of the quote and it was what we had been told on the phone. After another few visits, Dan returns and tells us he would do us a big favor and honor this deal (which I still can't figure out how that was a favor). The catch was that I had to take the one car they had in this class, with a dent and miles on it. We asked if we could have that deal with a new car, without a dent, and his tone changed dramatically. While the salesperson had told us that new cars come in every day, and the girl on the phone told us they had tons of inventory for the car we were interested in, Dan then said we would have to wait 12-16 WEEKS! When I told him we weren't interested and this was clearly a bait and switch he started shouting at us, jumped out of his seat and really created a scene. Other sales people were actually looking at us with an expression that told me this wasn't the first time he's behaved so unprofessionally. I am still shocked about the entire experience. More

He was patient in answering all of my questions and helped me get the car I wanted for a price that was close to my target (also thanks to Lonnie in the finance office answering all of my questions and helped me get the car I wanted for a price that was close to my target (also thanks to Lonnie in the finance office). We agreed on $19,750 for the price of a 2012, used, premium Impreza car. Ended up charging me 21,800 for car. They are selling that same car 2013, in limited for same price with 3000 mi on it.I Got du premium Impreza car. Ended up charging me 21,800 for car. I recently purchased a Subaru Outback from this dealership. It was a great experience from the moment I walked in the door.
